I have bought candles, wax melts and also wax melter from wizard flame, I will not buy from anyone else due to the high standard and quality of products.
The website is very easy to navigate and very informative of the products and what quality products are used.
Delivery and packaging is out of this world as is fast and packaged with so much love and care.
I suffer with migraines from a lot of scents and never had any issues with any of the products from wizards flames as I know I going to get high quality ingredients with high quality product which is made with love and genuine care, unlike the high street brands.
The candles also last longer than anything I have ever had before, so well worth every penny.
Friends and family who have come round have always commented on the fantastic scent I have in my home, may it be the Hazelwood candle, which friends think I have been baking and they want to eat what I have baked, but I have to say sorry It is a candle I have been burning. Or the Binding Charm, friends think I have been fruit picking.
There is a scent for every mood or everyday to uplift you.

Incredible service and even better candles! These candles are amazing I won't buy from anyone else. They last for ages and burn evenly. Can get them posted to you or if you're lucky enough to go into the lil shoppe and be served by the wonderful Gemma it will make your day. It's like stepping into a fantasy land and she will brighten up your day for sure! If somehow that doesn't work then the beautiful Mr Flynn will welcome you with a loud bark at first maybe but he just wants some treats and a big hug he's so friendly. Look nowhere else for candles you won't be disappointed!

As soon as you step in, it just feels like you’ve walked into this cosy little fantasy tavern, like Elder Scrolls vibes or one of those magical shops in a game world. All candles smell lovely ( my favourite was Elder Tree ☺️) and there is just so much creativity and care behind everything. The person running it is friendly and easy going, which makes the place really welcoming while you look around.

Wonderfully cosy shop in the new container village at St. Saviors Yard. The candles smell incredible and love the dark gothic fantasy aesthetic of everything. Personal favourites are Hazelwood and Dragonfire.

Amazing little local candle shop, the products are all hand made and high quality with a cool vibe, and Gemma (and Flynn) are super friendly and helpful. I make sure I visit every time I’m in Norwich.
