Delivery and Returns

Shipping Policy

Items purchased via wizardsflame.co.uk are subject to Royal Mail shipping and delivery times.
Your order will be dispatched 2 – 4 days after the order has been placed as often our products are made to order.

Please allow 3 – 7 business days for your delivery to reach you, once your order has been dispatched.

This doesn't apply to orders that are custom (including cauldrons candles and custom trio boxes) as these items as these are made to order. 

In peak there may be delays in processing during bank holidays, Christmas and sales promotions; please contact us if you need more information about the shipping of your order.

Postage

UK & Ireland
We currently use 48hr Tracked Royal Mail to post all of your orders.
Standard - Royal Mail Tracked 48H - £4.50 (Under 2kg)
Standard - Royal Mail Tracked 48H - £7.50 (Over 2kg)

International
All items purchased are aimed to be dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked within 2-4 days of purchase. (Unless custom) This service aims to deliver the item within 6-7 business days, however this may be subject to service delays. Items are dispatched Monday to Saturday of each week. 

Custom Orders

Custom orders can be placed through Email requesting products that either aren't available to purchase via the website or you have an idea for a gift. Once these are placed, funds must be sent over before the custom orders are made. 

Once custom orders are made and confirmed they cannot be cancelled and must be paid for. 

 

Returns 

We truly hope that you love your Wizard's Flame Product, however in the event you are unhappy we will offer a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned within 14 days. We will only refund or exchange with proof of purchase and the item should be unused and returned in any original packaging. Please note we only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
